Effective January 2026
Privacy Policy
How NOVYTH collects, uses, and protects the information you share when you order handmade crafts and digital guides.
Customer information and order processing
When you place an order, we collect the name, email address, shipping address, and payment details needed to complete the transaction. Order confirmations and shipping or fulfillment updates are sent to the email address you provide.
Shipping records
Physical handmade items require a shipping address to be delivered. We retain shipping and order records only as long as needed to fulfill, track, and support your purchase.
Digital file delivery
Digital products, including the 2027 zodiac fortune guide, are delivered through a download link sent to your email address. Please keep that link private; it is issued for your purchase.
Standard privacy protocols
Your information is used only to process orders and respond to your inquiries. We apply standard safeguards to protect personal data and do not sell it to third parties.
